Nazarbayev signed amendments to republican budget of 2007

The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Law of Kazakhstan on amendments and additions to the Law on Republican Budget for 2007, the agency reports referring to official mass media.

Astana. October 28. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed the Law of Kazakhstan on amendments and additions to the Law on Republican Budget for 2007, the agency reports referring to official mass media.

As it was informed earlier, the amendments to the republican budget of 2007 were accepted by the Parliament on October 19.

The following amendments have been introduced to the republican budget of 2007: the income is expected at the level of 2 trillion 273.3 billion KZT (17.1 % to GDP), expenditures - 2 trillion 503 billion KZT (18.8 % to GDP), deficit - at the level of 229. 6 billion KZT (1.7 % to GDP).

According to the Ministry of Economics and Budgetary Planning, by the results of 9 months of 2007 overfulfillment of the income in the budget by 7.7 % from the plan for this period is observed, therefore, the profitable part of the budget has been specified at the level of 175.1 billion KZT. Tax revenues increase by 89 billion KZT due to growth of economy by 14.7 billion KZT and foreign trade turnover by 32.4 billion KZT, as well as one-time receipts by subscription bonus by 32.5 billion KZT and other factors by 9.3 billion KZT.

Non-tax increased by 80.8 billion KZT, including due to gathering of legalization of property and other one-time receipts in the sum of 73.3 billion KZT.

Deficit of the budget has been reduced by 41.5 % billion KZT.

The forecast of the nominal size of GDP for current year has been raised by amendments by 851 billion KZT in comparison with the previous plan. As a result, the nominal size of GDP is forecasted at the level of 13.315 trillion KZT.
