Parliament to introduce bill reserving right to National Bank to accept acts on regulation of external debt

The Parliament of Kazakhstan has introduced the bill reserving the right for the National Bank to accept the acts on regulation of external debt. Vice chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Bisengali Tadzhiyakov, informed at the session of Kazakhstan Parliament Committee of International Affairs, Defense and Security on Tuesday, the agency reports.

Astana. September 10. Kazakhstan Today - The Parliament of Kazakhstan has introduced the bill reserving the right for the National Bank to accept the acts on regulation of external debt. Vice chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Bisengali Tadzhiyakov, informed at the session of Kazakhstan Parliament Committee of International Affairs, Defense and Security on Tuesday, the agency reports.

According to B. Tadzhiyakov, this norm is included in the bill on introduction of additions and amendments to the acts of Kazakhstan concerning improvement of the legislation on payment and remittances, book keeping and financial reporting of financial organizations and activity of the National Bank.
