President signed law on amendments and additions to Protected Natural Territories Acts

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the law on amendments and additions to the Especially Protected Natural Territories Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan directed at improvement of the land legislation, the agency reports with reference to the press service of the head of the state.

Astana. December 2. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the law on amendments and additions to the Especially Protected Natural Territories Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan directed at improvement of the land legislation, the agency reports with reference to the press service of the head of the state.

As it was informed earlier, on November, 13th, the deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan at the plenary session on Monday passed the law on amendments and additions to the Especially Protected Natural Territories Acts of Kazakhstan."

The law is directed at development of tourist cluster of Kazakhstan. Acceptance of the law will attract foreign investments into the tourism branch that, in turn, will lead to creation of new work places and will solve many social problems of the regions.

The law provides the Kazakhstan government the power to transfer main protected natural territories into other categories in exceptional cases, stipulated by the legislative act.
