Highly specialized medical care grew by 60% in 2012

Also as part of the development of advanced technologies 28 stroke centers will be launched in the regions until the end of 2013.

Almaty. February 19. Kazakhstan Today - In Kazakhstan, in 2012, the volume of highly specialized medical care increased by 60% as compared with 2011, according to health Ministry.

"Stable implementation of the Unified National Health System allowed to focus on the development of high technologies available for residents of the capital and in the regions as well. As compared with 2011, the volume of highly specialized medical care increased by 60%, with 56% at the regional level ", Kazakh Health Minister Salidat Kairbekova told the Government Hour in the Majilis, the Prime Minister's official website.

Also as part of the development of advanced technologies 28 stroke centers will be launched in the regions until the end of 2013.

In addition, more than three thousand health managers were trained for organization of specialist training at the center of management. 12,000 patient care specialists were trained in 2012.
