Nur Otan suggests committing heads of state bodies to resign if their subordinates commit corruption crimes
Astana. November 5. Kazakhstan Today - The People's Democratic Party Nur Otan has suggested committing heads of state bodies to resign if their subordinates commit corruption crimes. The Senate deputy, the chairman of the Republican Social Council for struggle against corruption at the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan, Oralbay Abdykarimov, said at the international scientifically-practical conference: 'Successful counteraction to corruption - the main condition of further sustainable development and economic prosperity of Kazakhstan', the agency reports.
"We will initiate introduction of the legislative norms on wider use of the civil-law methods of struggle against corruption. Each head - an official of a state structure - will be obliged to resign in case his direct subordinate commits a corruption crime," O. Abdykarimov said.
