Supreme Scientific and Technical Commission considered proposals of reforming of science

The next session of the Supreme Scientific and Technical Commission took place in the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Tuesday under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, the agency reports citing prime minister's press service.

Kazakhstan Today - The next session of the Supreme Scientific and Technical Commission took place in the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Tuesday under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, the agency reports citing prime minister's press service.

"The representatives of state structures, the International Advisory Council and the scientific organizations took part in the work of the session. The session participants discussed the proposals for further directions of reforming of science in Kazakhstan," the press service informed.

"Creation of conditions for development of national innovative system is the purpose of further reforming of science. "The key directions are: introduction of grant financing systems on scientific priorities, defining of financing for the scientific organizations, creation of the system of the state scientific and technical examination, formation of scientific councils in priority branch directions, and development of University science," the press service informed.
