The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha has highly estimated the level of preparation and active participation of the military men of the Tajik army in the CSTO actions during the meeting with the first Vice Minister of Defense - the chief of the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of Tajikistan, General-Lieutenant Ramil Nadyrov, the agency reports referring to the news agency Asia-Plus.
