Ban on export of vegetable oil has been prolonged in Kazakhstan till June 1.

Astana. February 25. Kazakhstan Today - Ban on export of vegetable oil has been prolonged in Kazakhstan till June 1. The Minister of Agriculture Ahmetzhan Esimov informed today during the selector government meeting, the agency reports.

"Temporary interdiction for export of seeds of sunflower and vegetable oil will be prolonged," A. Esimov said.

In the interview the Agriculture Minister explained that the ban for export will be prolonged till June, 2008. As it was informed earlier, the ban on export of seeds of sunflower and vegetable oil has been in force since October, 2007.
