Astana hosts forum on cooperation between Central Asia and Afghanistan

The Northern Distribution Network should be reformed into transport trade routes after the withdrawal of coalition forces from Afghanistan.

Almaty. November 30. Kazakhstan Today - Central Asian countries should use water resources equally and jointly solve problems in the hydropower industry.

According to Caspionet, the Northern Distribution Network should be reformed into transport trade routes after the withdrawal of coalition forces from Afghanistan. This was discussed at a regional forum on economic cooperation between the countries in Central Asia and Afghanistan. According to experts, the Afghan market is opening enormous opportunities for foreign businessmen. For example, Kazakhstan's products are already very popular in Afghanistan.

"Afghanistan's market has a huge potential. This is a simple example, but I often go to Afghanistan and see "Rakhat" chocolate bars everywhere. I don't know how they won the Afghan market, but it's a fact. I know that some Kazakh firms are already competing for the opening of mines," said Bogdan Kravchenko, General Director of University of Central Asia.
