Belarus to participate in development of potash salt deposits in Kazakhstan

Belarus plans to participate in exploration of potash salt deposits in Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister of Belarus, Sergey Sidorsky, informed at the opening of the plenary session of the Belarus-Kazakhstan business forum in Minsk, the agency reports citing BELTA.

Almaty. May 21. Kazakhstan Today - Belarus plans to participate in exploration of potash salt deposits in Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister of Belarus, Sergey Sidorsky, informed at the opening of the plenary session of the Belarus-Kazakhstan business forum in Minsk, the agency reports citing BELTA.

"The most scaled out projects are development of Zhilyan and Chelkarsk potash salt deposits. Realization of this project will allow creating in Kazakhstan almost new sub-branch of the chemical industry."

"We are introducing the new industrial-technological capacities in our mines. Our mines have the advanced technological level of manufacture, the mining equipment and mining reinforcement technologies," S. Sidorsky informed. "Our technologies of observance of safety precautions in mines correspond to the world standards," he underlined. Belarus is ready to transfer these technologies to Kazakhstan."
