Baku. June 13. Kazakhstan Today - The protocol to the intergovernmental agreement between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan on mutual visa-free entrance and departure of the citizens of two countries accepted by the Parliament of Azerbaijan on May 22, 2007 and approved by the President of the country, came into legal force today.
The document has been published in the official press and is considered come into force, the agency reports.
The protocol extends the list of documents necessary for the citizens of two countries at mutual entrance and departure. This list alongside with diplomatic and state passports will now include identification card and evidence of departure.
The intergovernmental agreement on visa-free entrance and departure of the citizens of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan was signed on June 10, 1997.
