RK PM held meeting with parliamentary delegation of Czech Republic

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, held the meeting with the parliamentary delegation of the Czech Republic headed by the chairman of Senate, Premysl Sobotka, on Wednesday, the agency reports referring to the press service of prime minister.

Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, held the meeting with the parliamentary delegation of the Czech Republic headed by the chairman of Senate, Premysl Sobotka, on Wednesday, the agency reports referring to the press service of prime minister.

According to the press service, the interlocutors discussed mutual relations between Kazakhstan and Czechia and ascertained high level of mutual understanding between two states.

"We need to expand and strengthen our cooperation in political and economic spheres in the view of the forthcoming presidency of the Czech Republic in the European Union in 2009 and election of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the post of OSCE chairman in 2010," the parties noted discussing prospects of development of bilateral cooperation.

Premysl Sobotka noted that the reforms of tax policy and budgetary system of Kazakhstan will promote increase of efficiency of the national economy, including - due to improvement of its investment climate.

"In the end of the meeting the parties expressed confidence in further strengthening of bilateral communications," the press service informs.
