Almaty. October 12. Kazakhstan Today - The members of the SCO Council of Prime Ministers, which will take place on October 14 in Beijing, will discuss the questions of strengthening of economic and humanitarian cooperation. Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Peoples Republic of China, Wang Guangya, said, the agency reports citing Xinhua.

According to Wang Guangya, the session participants will discuss the questions of deepening of economic and humanitarian cooperation on the background of the worsening global and regional threats and prospects of support to stable SCO development.

According to W. Guangya, we need to solve a number of social problems, such as unemployment and poverty. "There are three main problems in the region ( terrorism, extremism and separatism). The problems of smuggling of drugs and transnational organized crime have been worsening. All these problems create real threats to regional safety and stability," the Chinese diplomat said.
