OSCE Chairman-in-Office assured that Kazakhstan will carry out obligations to organization till 2010

OSCE Chairman-in-Office Alexander Stubb is certain that Kazakhstan will carry out its obligations on democratization of the norms of the national legislation prior to its chairmanship in the organization. A. Stubb stated during the press conference on Wednesday, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - OSCE Chairman-in-Office Alexander Stubb is certain that Kazakhstan will carry out its obligations on democratization of the norms of the national legislation prior to its chairmanship in the organization. A. Stubb stated during the press conference on Wednesday, the agency reports.

"During the talks with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Marat Tazhin, and the President of the country acknowledged their adherence to carrying out of the reforms. I am certain that the reforms will be done prior to the chairmanship of Kazakhstan in OSCE in 2010," A. Stubb said.

"I have familiarized with the report of the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, at the opening of Parliamentary Assembly and those four key spheres of reforms," A. Stubb noted.

"All these four areas should be accompanied by legislative work. We have already shared our ideas and comments," OSCE Chairman-in-Office concluded.
