"First, Samruk-Kazyna needs to reconsider its approaches to attract foreign investments," K. Masimov said.

"Second, we must realize investment projects in non-raw sectors of the economy."

"Third, we need to develop small and medium business. We have to undertake the measures of non-financial support," K. Masimov noted.
