All people been abroad to undergo special control procedure on presence of virus A (H1N1)

All people who were abroad for educational purposes will pass special control procedure on presence of the virus of the influenza A (H1N1). The chair of Department of Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Supervision of Astana of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan, Zhandarbek Bekshin, informed during the press conference, the agency reports.

Astana. July 23. Kazakhstan Today - All people who were abroad for educational purposes will pass special control procedure in regards to the presence of the virus of the influenza A (H1N1). The chair of Department of Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Supervision of Astana of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan, Zhandarbek Bekshin, informed during the press conference, the agency reports.

"We held the meeting in akimat of Astana with chairmen of educational institutions and tourist agencies. The authorized bodies have been assigned to define a circle of people: pupils, students, who have gone abroad for educational purposes," Z. Bekshin informed.

"All these groups will be registered and upon their return preventive work will be carried out," the chair of the department underlined.

As informed earlier, three students from Astana have been diagnosed with the virus. Two of them have been hospitalized and one child is undergoing treatments at home as he does not have a serious form of the disease.
