First session of Azerbaijan-Turkmen intergovernmental commission to take place on January 17 in Ashkhabad

The first session of the Azerbaijan-Turkmen intergovernmental commission on cooperation in economic and humanitarian spheres will take place in Ashkhabad on January 17, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan informed the agency.

Baku. January 16. Kazakhstan Today - The first session of the Azerbaijan-Turkmen intergovernmental commission on cooperation in economic and humanitarian spheres will take place in Ashkhabad on January 17, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan informed the agency.

"The questions of expansion of cooperation in the field of economy, banking sector, energy, growth of trade turnover, humanitarian projects and other issues will be discussed during the session," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.

The Azerbaijan delegation will be headed by the first vice prime minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyubov, being the co-chairman of the commission of the Azerbaijan party, and Turkmen - the assistant of the prime minister of Turkmenistan Hydyr Saparaliyev.

By the results of the meeting the report of the session of the intergovernmental commission will be signed.
