Kazakhstani officials blamed for the failure of complex testing of applicants

Sociologists Institute of Political Solutions found out what people think about the first testing of college and vocational school graduates conducted this year with the result that the vast majority of students did not get even a passing score.

"One-third of respondents - 34.8% - is inclined to blame officials firstly in the situation," they have failed to work out properly all the details and to organize the innovation in a good manner". 26% blame students: "there is nothing surprising, given the weak tendency in today's young people to acquire knowledge," sociologists say.

According to the report, 17.6% think: the fact that graduates of colleges/schools did not get the passing score is a consequence of the low educational level of teachers. One in five (21.6%) found it difficult to answer this question.

"Regionally, the attention is drawn to the capital city. Astana residents do not blame the officials very much - 13.3% of respondents voted in their favor, it is almost three times less than the average for other regions. The answer "youth" leads the in the capital - 49.4%, the "teachers" are on the second place (28.9%)," the explained.
