Nur Otan to monitor prices of basic foodstuffs to prevent unreasonable price growth

NDP Nur Otan intends to carry out daily monitoring of prices of basic foodstuffs and services to the population in order to prevent unreasonable price growth in connection with the devaluation of tenge. The party secretary, Yerlan Karin, said today at the briefing in the central office of the party, the agency reports.

Kazakhstan Today - Nur Otan intends to carry out daily monitoring of prices of basic foodstuffs and services to the population in order to prevent unreasonable price growth in connection with the devaluation of tenge. The party secretary, Yerlan Karin, said today at the briefing in the central office of the party, the agency reports.

"The People's Democratic Party Nur Otan intends to conduct daily monitoring of prices. The same instruction has been given to all regional party structures," E. Karin said.

Monitoring of prices will be held on basic foods - bread, sugar, milk, meat, vegetables - potatoes, cabbage, onions, and fruits, fuel and lubricants, and public transportation.

E. Karin said that after the analyses of the results the monitoring will be sent to the government and local executive authorities for the effective implementation of the anti-inflationary measures.
