Prime Minister supported project of creation of uniform system of distribution of medical resources

Astana. May 20. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov supported the project of creation of the uniform system of distribution of medical resources among state organizations of health services on the basis of state-private partnership presented today at the government meeting of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan, the agency reports.

"I think that alternative solution proposed by the Ministry of Health can be realized and I would like to underline that this new system will concern only state clinics, medical provision of which is realized at the expense of the state budget," the Prime Minister continued. According to him, procurement system for private clinics and private drug stores will remain the same.

The Prime Minister underlined that the Ministry of Health needs to be ready for the fact that "after today's government meeting unprincipled suppliers, earning by selling their medicine five times as expensive, will use part of this money for information strategy against today's project. "Therefore, we need to correctly explain the essence of the new system of distribution," Masimov said to the Minister of Health of Kazakhstan Anatoliy Dernovoy.
