Baikonur. August 19. Kazakhstan Today - The rocket Proton-M with British satellite Inmarsat 4F3 has been successfully launched from Baikonur, the agency reports referring to a source at the cosmodrome.

The rocket carrier Proton-M was launched today at 04.43 Astana time from a launcher №39 of the starting complex of the platform №200 and passed in a regular mode.

The first and second stages of the rocket carrier separated precisely on time of the flight cyclogram. The space satellite was put by the rocket carrier Proton-M into a basic orbit.

The booster block Breeze-M and the satellite separated from the third step of the rocket carrier in a regular mode.

The space satellite Inmarsat 4F3 was put into a geosteady-state orbit on the planned time.

The space satellite Inmarsat 4F3 weighting about 6 tons was made by concern EADS Astrium on the basis of the platform Eurostar-3000 by the order of one of the largest international operators of global system of mobile satellite communication Inmarsat (Great Britain).
