Two rockets Soyuz-U intended for launch of cargo ships Progress M have been delivered to Baikonur, the agency reports referring to the source at the cosmodrome.

Baikonur. February 22. Kazakhstan Today - Two rockets Soyuz-U intended for launch of cargo ships Progress M have been delivered to Baikonur, the agency reports referring to the source at the cosmodrome.

The structure with blocks and parts of rockets Soyuz-U was sent by railway transportation from the factory Progress, Samara, on February 19 and on February 22 the train arrived at the station Tyura-Tam.

After carrying out of necessary procedures of customs registration the train with rockets will be transported to the cosmodrome railway branch to the assembly-test case of platform №112 where assembly of rockets and preparation for launch will be made.

The rockets Soyuz-U are intended for launch to the International space station of two cargo transport ships Progress M. The first of them Progress M-64 is scheduled for launch in May, the second - Progress М-65 - in fall of 2008.
