Astana. February 23. Kazakhstan Today - A number of business preferences will be introduced in the Customs Code of the Customs Union. The Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, Bolat Zhamishev, informed during the governmental hour in Majilis on Monday, the agency reports.
"As for creation of favorable conditions for trade and business development, the Customs Code establishes a number of simplifications and preferences," B. Zhamishev informed.
In particular, "The institute of customs licensings has been abolished, therefore, the licence duty, which size varies, on the average from 5000 to 19 000 euro, accordingly, will be cancelled. "Accordingly, financial load on the persons carrying out commercial activity will decrease.
"Business costs will also decrease with cancellation of registration in mutual trade," he noted.
"For example, today in Kazakhstan, temporary storage expenses of goods and vehicles at temporary warehouses amount to from 2 thousand up to 10 thousand KZT per day (for example, storage of cars - 1450 KZT)," he specified.
