Head of Spiritual Board of Moslems congratulated Kazakh citizens on Kurban ayt

Almaty. December 27. Kazakhstan Today - Today the head of the Spiritual Board of Moslems of Kazakhstan, the Supreme mufti Absattar haji Derbisali congratulated the Kazakstan citizens on Kurban ayt holiday, which this year has coincided with the New Year's holiday, the agency reports.

A.Derbisali informed during the press conference that the traditional celebratory pray, ayt namaz, will begin in Almaty on December 31 at 8.45 p.m. by local time.

According to the Supreme mufti, the holiday of sacrifice lasts for three days and is the main holiday of Moslems of the world.

On behalf of the clergy of Kazakhstan the Supreme mufti wished all Kazakhstani citizens happiness and prosperity. "May there be peace, consent and prosperity in the Kazakhstan society," he concluded.
