World prices for oil gone down

The prices for oil at the tenders on Thursday, October 14, went down in the background of the weak statistical data of the US labor market and falling of the American stock indexes. Dow Jones Industrial Average has decreased by 1.51 points, or 11094.6, having interrupted its growth observed throughout the previous four trading sessions.

Kazakhstan Today - The prices for oil at the tenders on Thursday, October 14, went down in the background of the weak statistical data of the US labor market and falling of the American stock indexes. Dow Jones Industrial Average has decreased by 1.51 points, or 11094.6, having interrupted its growth observed throughout the previous four trading sessions.

The official cost of the November futures contract (settlement) of North Sea Brent Crude at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) within the last trading day decreased from $84.64 to $84.53 per barrel.

The official cost of the November futures contract (settlement) on the American Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) within the last trading day decreased from $83.01 to $82.69 per barrel.

The price of the OPEC oil basket (OPEC Reference Basket) increased on October 13 from $79.64 up to $80.90 per barrel.
