Kyrgyzstan hit 6-magnitude earthquake
Almaty. June 10. Kazakhstan Today - Kyrgyzstan was struck by a 6-magnitude earthquake at 12.38 local time. The earthquake reached 6 points in some areas of the Osh region. Director of the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, Kanat Abdrahmatov, informed, the agency reports citing the news agency 24.kg.
The seismic centre was in China.
According to the Institute of Seismology, Sary-Tash village of the Alay area was hit by a 5-magnitude earthquake, Kyzyl-zhar village (Alaykuu) - 5-6 points. The earthquake was felt in the cities of Osh and Dzhalal Abad - 3-4 points.
