Kazakhstan, Belarus to expand cooperation in field of energy

Kazakhstan and Belarus plan to expand cooperation in the field of energy. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov informed today at the press conference after the negotiations with the Prime Minister of Belarus Sergey Sidorsky.

K. Masimov specified that "in the field of hydrocarbon raw material Kazakhstan is interested in transit of energy resources and their partial processing on the territory of Belarus."

In his turn, the leader of the Belarus government informed that today within the limits of the negotiations special attention was paid to the questions of realization of important projects of Kazakhstan in the area of electric power industry.
