Kazakhstan ratified protocol to Madrid agreement on international trademark registration

Kazakhstan ratified the protocol to the Madrid agreement on international trademark registration, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

Astana. May 27. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan ratified the protocol to the Madrid agreement on international trademark registration, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

According to the press service, the head of state signed the law on ratification of the protocol to the Madrid agreement on international trademark registration.

The protocol will eliminate the existing legal obstacles to joining of the system of an unlimited circle of countries by accepting the positions allowing the countries of the Madrid Agreement to choose comprehensible for them conditions to register their trademarks.
