Kazakhstan is ready to deliver oil to Belarus. The Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belarus Anatoly Smirnov said at a press conference, the agency reports citing the news agency BELTA.

Almaty. December 29. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan is ready to deliver oil to Belarus. The Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belarus Anatoly Smirnov said at a press conference, the agency reports citing the news agency BELTA.

"We constantly bring up this issue. This issue will be solved easier in the uniform economic space," the Ambassador said. He reminded that the whole package of documents has been signed. The uniform economic space will be launched in 2012.

A. Smirnov said that Kazakhstan annually extracts about 80 million tons of oil. By 2020, this volume will increase up to 130 million tons. Oil transit through Belarus is about 5 million tons."

The Ambassador expressed confidence that oil deliveries to Belarus will be reliable in the conditions of the uniform economic space when the oil routes will be coordinated by all the Customs Union members.
