World prices for oil went up

The official cost of the December futures contract (settlement) of North Sea Brent Crude at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) within the last trading day went up on November 3 from $85.41 up to $86.38 per barrel.

The official cost of the December futures contract (settlement) on the American Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) within the last trading day increased on November 3 from $83.90 up to $84.69 per barrel.

The price of the OPEC Reference Basket on November 2 increased from $80.55 up to $81.90 per barrel.
