States that allocate grants for Kazakhstani students

Students have an opportunity to study at Japan, Holland, China and many others.
Bolashak international scholarship program allocates annually hundreds of grants for the training of Kazakhstani students in different countries of the world. Center for International Programs informs about universities which are ready to accept for training students from Kazakhstan in the future academic year.

Scholarships for studying under the Master's program are provided by Aoyama Gakuin University, located in Tokyo.

The scholarship program provides a grant covering the costs of travel, accommodation, admission, tuition fees, and other approved expenses to enable prospective young Customs officers from WTO member countries to study on a master's program in this institution.

The candidate must be an employee of the customs clearance of a developing WTO member country, with at least three years of experience in the field of customs policy and management in his home country.

Candidates with experience in enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPRs), as well as to those who, at the end of the program, will work in the IPR-related direction in their customs administration are in favor.

The candidate preferably under 40 years must have good health and (on the condition of April 1, 2019).

After the completion of the Program, candidates must continue to work in the customs field of their country for at least 3 years.

The scholarship program covers the full payment of tuition and fees upon admission; air tickets to both sides of economy class (Kazakhstan-Japan); a monthly stipend of about 147 thousand yen (458 thousand tenge).

For admission to the University of Aoyama Gakuin, candidates must register online on the website before August 10, 2018.

Following the online registration, candidates have to send documents by mail to the University of Aoyama Gakuin (Tokyo, Japan) before August 16, 2018.

Scholarships for study in Holland under the Master's program are also provided by the Delft Technical University (Technische Universiteit Delft), which is the largest and oldest technical university in the Netherlands.

Delft Technical University offers three scholarships per faculty (magistracy).

The scholarship covers the tuition fee; a monthly allowance for the payment of a residence for 2 years of study at a magistracy - 950 euros per month; one-way air flight.

Students who have enrolled for one of the Master's programs at The Delft University of Technology with a GPA score of 80% can apply for the scholarship.

To obtain a scholarship, a candidate must apply for admission to one of the MSc programs of the University of Delft University of Technology.

Until December 1, 2018, it is necessary to fill out the scholarship application form, in which it is necessary to explain why the candidate is applying for this particular scholarship.

According to the Center for International Programs, applications are accepted from October 1 to December 1, 2018. The training will start in autumn 2019.

Another university that provides scholarships for training is the University of Jiangsu (Jiangsu University) - a public higher education institution in China.

Jiangsu University provides partial grants for international students to obtain a master's degree. The training takes place in English.

Candidates for a scholarship can become all students of the master's degree, doctoral studies, and undergraduate students.

Ph.D. scholarship covers full education and accommodation; Master's program - 20,000 CNY for training each year; bachelor's degree - scholarship for the first year of study 10 000 CNY; students from the target countries - 10,000 yuan per year for training.

Besides Albukhary International University provides grants for study in Malaysia. The University offers free tuition, accommodation and meals for international students in the following specialties: Bachelor of Business Administration; bachelor's degree in marketing; bachelor in the field of human resources management.

Deadline for admission is September 30, 2018.

Training at this university is conducted in English. During their studies at the university, students can use the student library. The university provides the students with a developed infrastructure for the possibility of exercising.

Grants for study in Singapore under the doctoral programs are provided by local educational institutions.

The scholarship covers tuition fees; a scholarship in the amount of 1466 dollars a month before the qualification exam and an additional 366 dollars when passing the qualification exam.

Documents are accepted until September 14, 2018.

Scholarships for study in South Korea are provided by UNIST University, founded in 2007 in the Korean industrial capital of Ulsan.

The University provides scholarships for foreign students who cover free tuition; a monthly scholarship of 300 dollars for bachelors, 750 dollars for masters, 1,000 dollars for doctoral students; health insurance.

Since August, 1st the reception of documents for the spring and autumn semester of 2019 is open. Online registration is available and applicants may send documents by mail.

Online registration starts from August 1 to August 24, 2018. Acceptance of documents - from August 1 to August 24, 2018 (by mail or by hand).

The results will be announced on December 4, 2018.
