World prices for oil went up on October 22

The prices for oil at the tenders on Friday, October 22, went up in the background of positive economic news from Germany, negative news from France and weakening of the US dollar.

Almaty. October 25. Kazakhstan Today - The prices for oil at the tenders on Friday, October 22, went up in the background of positive economic news from Germany, negative news from France and weakening of the US dollar.

The official cost of the December futures contract (settlement) of North Sea Brent Crude at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) within the last trading day increased on October 22 from $81.83 up to $82.96 per barrel.

The official cost of the December futures contract (settlement) on the American Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) within the last trading day increased from $80.56 up to $81.69 per barrel.

The price of the OPEC Reference Basket went up on October 21 from $78.71 to $79.26 per barrel.
